Helping you heal money wounds and build a thriving practice.

About money healing for therapists.

Build a practice that supports your life, not the other way around.

You became a therapist to help others heal—but money? That part often feels messy, stressful, or avoided altogether. But we can change that. This space was created to help you explore your relationship with money with curiosity, compassion, and zero shame. Whether you're undercharging, overgiving, or unsure how to build a sustainable practice, you're not alone—and there’s a path forward.

Through courses and tools grounded in financial therapy and trauma-informed principles, you’ll learn how to navigate money blocks, make more empowered money decisions both personally and professionally, set aligned fees, and build a practice that supports your life. And the best part? What you learn here doesn’t just help you—it also supports your work with clients. As you heal your own money blocks, you’ll be more prepared to hold space and offer informed interventions when money shows up in the therapy room too.

Financial wellness is mental wellness, and wealth is critical to our health.

Wait, what!? Let me explain why I value money healing and wealth building.

For so many of us, money has been tied to shame, scarcity, and even a sense of unworthiness. We’re taught that helping people and making money don’t belong in the same conversation, and that financial success somehow compromises our values. But here’s the truth: financial wellness is an essential part of our overall well-being. When we struggle financially, it impacts our mental health, our stress levels, and even our ability to show up fully for our clients. Money healing isn’t just about numbers in a bank account—it’s about reclaiming financial agency, breaking free from oppressive systems that keep us overworked and underpaid, and allowing ourselves the stability and security we deserve.

Wealth isn’t just about personal gain—it’s also about creating options, access, and community care. Many of us, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds, have inherited messages that tell us we shouldn’t want more, that financial struggle is just part of the work. But building wealth as a therapist isn’t selfish; it’s a radical act of self-care. It allows us to serve clients without burnout, invest in our communities, and disrupt systems that were never built for us to thrive. Money healing isn’t just about making more—it’s about making sure we have enough to live, rest, and give back in ways that align with our values.

Guiding Values

These values are the foundation of everything I offer here. They reflect a commitment to sustainability, justice, and care—for yourself, your clients, and the communities you serve.

  • You deserve a space to explore money without shame. No judgment, no guilt—just honesty, curiosity, and compassion for wherever you are in your journey.

  • Your practice should support your life, not drain it. Burnout isn’t a badge of honor—rest, boundaries, and long-term sustainability are essential.

  • You’re allowed to want financial ease—and it’s possible to achieve it. Success doesn’t have to mean selling out or abandoning your values.

  • Creating space for those who have been left out of traditional financial conversations is essential—such as those who are BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA2S+. Financial well-being isn’t a privilege for a few; it’s a right for everyone.

  • You don’t have to do this alone. Money healing is most powerful when grounded in connection, inclusion, and collective care—especially for those navigating systems of harm.

  • Money healing work isn’t just about mindset shifts; it’s also about real strategies. Emotional insight paired with practical action creates lasting, sustainable change.

  • You can build wealth while staying rooted in your ethics. Financial success doesn’t require abandoning your values—it can reflect them.

Founder & Practice Consultant

My goal is to help you shift the way you think and feel about money to be more aligned with your unique values, needs, and wants in life—without guilt, fear, or burnout. Money healing is a necessary part of the journey of being a therapist and practice owner, but we don’t get formal money training and we tend to shy away from talking about money in general.

Let’s reconnect with your “why you became a therapist”, ditch burnout, reframe old narratives about how therapists “shouldn’t care about the money”, and release judgment about wealth building. Resourcing yourself builds your capacity to serve the communities in the ways you want to serve them—with quality, mindful, and intentional care. And who doesn’t want to stop worrying about money and live a more easeful life? We want the same for our clients right? Well, why not want that for us too? We are part of the communities we serve, and uplifting ourselves uplifts our communities too.

My work is all about making money feel less scary and more empowering, so therapists can do the work they love without sacrificing their well-being. I look forward to helping you on your money healing journey—I’m here when you’re ready!
